Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, within a short walk of Bus Stop 3, convenient for airport transfers and excursions. The spacious and comfortable rooms, some offering Northern Lights views from a terrace, are a highlight. the room was spacious. the shower room included a large shower. i found bottled water stocked in the refrigerator daily. the location was in the center of things, it aided a quiet stay.
The doors did not open automatically, and i needed a keycard to enter. This was slightly inconvenient when arriving with luggage

Acceptable Hotel Stay

slow wifi impolite staff
I found some aspects less than satisfactory. The room lacked a bathtub. Slow WiFi frustrated me. I expect better for the price I paid. I also discovered the staff declined to buzz me in when I held food. They insisted I locate my room key. This seemed impolite.

street noise bar atmosphere
Breakfast had a wide variety of options and it was acceptable.
The room was not easy to keep cool and that was really a bother. Sleeping with the windows open meant street noise woke me on several occasions. There just was no atmosphere in the bar, I guess.

The location was acceptable, within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
I found several issues . The room thermostat malfunctioned (i could not adjust it). There was considerable street noise at night due to open windows, though I needed them open due to the heat. The toilet was also uncomfortably tiny.
